Development Process

Requirements Analysis
It is the most important stage of the project. It consists of modeling business processes, identifying functional and non-functional requirements and designing use cases. In this stage we define all the features of the application.

Modeling & Architecture
In this stage we perform an analysis of the application requirements to select the software architecture to be used. Additionally, we perform the conceptual, logical and physical design of the databases.

UI/UX Design
In this stage we use the UCD (User-Centered Design) methodology that starts by establishing objectives and goals with the user as the main stakeholder. Subsequently, the application screens are designed and prototyping is performed.

App Development
This is usually the longest stage. It consists of developing both the front-end and the back-end of the application. Additionally, connections with databases or APIs are made and basic functionality tests are carried out.

Testing & Implementation
This is the final stage in the development. It consists of carrying out the final tests of the application. Once the application is approved by the client, the delivery is made and it is uploaded to the App Store and/or Play Store.

Continuous Improvement
